This is a workshop in two halves, with a dynamic flowing practice focusing on opening the chest and releasing the shoulders, exploring healthy shoulder alignment. Soften, align, strengthen and stretch the shoulders and upper back. A fiery all-round flow to melt tight muscles with lots of deep internal awareness and a focus on finding stability, mobility and softness in the shoulder area. This will help you feel like you’ve taken a weight off your shoulders.
Unravel & Rise is a chance to unwind, heal, revitalise and re-engage.
Go to Fumbally Court Studio on Sunday 22nd January, 10am-4pm, for a day of wellness and healing using yoga, meditation, play, and discussion.
