Please see the following update to our booking system

Due to a change in our booking system, you will now see that a booking charge hold will be applied to your payment card (or your account credits) at the point that you book your car or van. ie. If you book for 4 hours in a GoCity (€9 per hour), a hold of €36 will be applied.

The same will happen when you extend your booking. (in this example if you extend for 1 hour, an additional hold of €9 would be added).

Any additional charges for KMs will be applied at the end of your booking and your invoice will be issued. The first 50KMs you drive are always free.
