5 Ideas for couples & singletons for a Valentines Day in Lockdown

 

With every day feeling like ground hog day, we look to some days of the year to mix it up a little and Valentines Day is definitely one of those days.

 

We’ve listed out 5 simple ideas that will brighten up your Valentines Day in Lockdown in 2021 as a couple or with your own yours truly.

 

 

For the couples

 

1. Agree who cooks the starter and main course for dinner & have a rock, paper scissors match best of 5 with the loser making dessert!

 

You generally can’t go wrong with brownies or something which involves ice-cream!

 

 

2. Agree to buy each other presents, grab a GoCar to collect and open on the day! 

 

We know this is a no-brainer but maybe try think of something outside the box given the year we’ve just had.

3. Flip a coin 5 times and the winner gets to pick their favourite rom-com or horror movie or whatever they’re in the mood for. The loser buys the popcorn and sweets (etc.)

4. Order some delicious pizza from the Dough Bros!

1. Indulge yourself with a takeout dinner from a place you haven’t had in a while, like a cheeky Nandos!

2. Take your head away from the doom and gloom of Covid and get stuck into an interesting documentary or laugh your head off with some great comedy!

3. Contact a relative or friend you haven’t been in spoke to in a while or since the pandemic

 

It’s great to catch up with a friend or cousin you haven’t spoke to in a while. Even a chat over the phone can make a big difference in these unfamiliar times.
